Job Summary:

Manage and deliver digital marketing services, including:

  • Digital advertising (Social, SEM, Display, etc.)
  • Email marketing
  • Influencer marketing
  • Website services (CRO, SEO, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to strategize, plan, and execute campaigns
  • Benchmark, measure, and report on campaign performance
  • Onboard new clients, develop initial marketing strategies, and configure retainers
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
  • Design and implement processes that optimize the client experience
  • Manage post-sale activity with a focus on relationship building, planning, coaching, and execution
  • Become the expert our clients rely on for digital best practices, industry trends, and new technology
  • Assist teammates with business development and financial planning



  • 0-2 years of professional experience in a related field
  • A track record of achievement
  • A strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
