Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an SEM Growth Manager to develop and execute SEM strategies to achieve our client’s Paid Search goals. The ideal candidate will own communication and ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring we are providing the best service and performance. Additionally, the Growth Manager will be responsible for project management, data analysis, campaign creation, optimization, and management.

 

Job Summary:

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients and the following responsibilities:

  • Keyword research
  • Competitor Analysis & Research
  • Writing ad copy for client approval
  • SEM campaign builds, optimizations, & management
  • Develop and communicate SEM strategy with clients
  • Account audits and recommendations for new business
  • Revenue forecasting and tracking
  • Ongoing budget pacing and management
  • Frequent data analysis via research tools
  • Oversee client deliverables ensuring they are meeting our standards
  • Assist with the development of SEM workflows to streamline efficiency
  • Manage workload, deliverables, and quality of work from direct reports

Requirements:

  • Experience within all aspects of SEM, including Google Search, Shopping, Display, and video advertising with YouTube
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel including ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables
  • Excellent written and verbal client communication with ability to lead client calls
  • Maintain up to date Google certifications for SEM, YouTube, Display, Shopping, and Google Analytics
  • A demonstrated interest in current industry trends, news, developments, and best practices
