TRICIA YEONAS

Tricia joined the CRM division after graduating from Dartmouth College with a degree in Psychology and Spanish. She leverages her background in psychology and research to apply a human-centered and data-driven approach to each account, allowing her to identify key moments in the customer journey that increase LTV.

Tricia has worked with 40+ CPG brands, concentrating on food & beverage, beauty, and health & wellness. In the last year, she has managed over 16 million dollars in CRM revenue. In her current role as CRM Manager, she implements scalable retention strategies across a diverse range of clients.
