They needed a digital experience that could keep pace. For brands with premium prices or products, it is important to communciate the value a visitor receives. Whether that be hitting on top features, benefits, or communicating value for the price, the visitor needs to know their dollar is getting them the best and/or going far. Communicating price per serving and pound was key in helping visitors understand that A Pup Above’s price point is accessible given the quality and quantity of the food.

Making the choice to convert easy for new visitors

Landing pages should be clear, concise, and contain a compelling offer. Listicles are very straight forward, listing out the reasons to try the product in an easy, numerical list. We want to make it so clear to the visitor why they need the product, that an offer at the end of the listicle is just icing on the cake.

In 2020, as COVID-19 disrupted retail channels, Vita Coco—long dependent on in-store sales—needed to quickly pivot to a direct-to-consumer model ahead of its IPO. They partnered with us to lead the transformation. Using Shopify Plus, we provided creative direction, a full site redesign, development, and DTC optimization. Our work supported their successful IPO at $15 per share, valuing the company at roughly $833M, and the site structure we built remains in use five years later.

A more shoppable experience

Collections pages have their purpose, but often add an extra step to the conversion funnel that most visitors do not need.
