He has overseen the deployment of over $100M in advertising spend across 20 advertising platforms and in 2019 was recognized on Forbes 30 Under 30 list for his exceptional DTC work in the Food & Beverage space.

Nik is the Founder of Sharma Brands, a strategic initiatives firm working with a wide range of brands to help grow and scale revenue across digital platforms. Libby Curtis Miller

Head of Paid Media

Libby Curtis Miller is the Head of Paid Media at Lunar Solar Group, bringing more than a decade of experience across both digital and traditional channels. She is passionate about building integrated, full-funnel strategies that solve complex business challenges and drive measurable growth. Known for her collaborative approach, Libby thrives on cultivating strong partnerships and ensuring every initiative is rooted in data and performance.

Outside of work, Libby enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new restaurants in Chicago, reading, and hiking.

Haley Stewart Dieal

Head of Client Growth

Haley has enjoyed over a decade of being an integrated digital marketer across B2C and B2B businesses on both the agency and brand side. She is passionate about partnering closely with clients to solve business challenges and using her experience in holistic media strategy to drive tangible business growth. She has executed full-funnel campaigns across a number of verticals including beauty, auto, fitness, CPG, retail, health and wellness – often surpassing campaign goals. At Lunar Solar, Haley leads the Client Strategy team to ensure we’re working as an extension of our client teams and driving strategic alignment of our cross-functional teams. Our success is your success, and she is excited to work closely with client partners to grow together.

Sòlene Schwartz

Chief Innovation Officer

Solène is a tech-forward operator and founder with deep expertise in DTC, SaaS, and performance marketing. Prior to joining Lunar, she co-founded VTAGZ, a digital to retail SaaS platform (acquired by Lunar). Across her career, she’s led growth, data, and ops functions in both early-stage startups and scaled organizations across the mobile, adtech and consumer spaces, with a focus on data-driven innovation. Solène holds degrees from HEC Paris and MIT Sloan, and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for her work at the intersection of technology and consumer engagement. Solène is passionate about AI enablement and general consumer facing AI applications.

Nick Riley

Chief Technology Officer

For more than a decade, Nick has been building the teams and technology that help early-stage startups grow from concept to scale. Before joining Lunar, he was the founding engineer at VTAGZ (acquired by Lunar), where he established the engineering organization and led development of its digital-to-retail SaaS platform. Today, as CTO of Lunar, he continues to blend product vision with technical leadership, developing the systems and processes that accelerate innovation. Josh Rombach

Chief Financial Officer

Josh began his career at BlackRock on the firm’s private equity investment team. Josh received an MBA at UVA’s Darden School of Business, where he was selected as a Batten Scholar, and a B.A. from Middlebury College. Prior to Lunar Solar Group, Josh was an investor at Sonoma Brands Capital in where he focused on growth equity investments in the consumer packaged goods industry and worked closely with portfolio company management teams.  Josh lives in Charlottesville, VA and enjoys any activity that gets him outside with his wife Ali and black lab, Nelly.

Trevor Woods

Chief Brand Officer

Trevor has spent 20 years in brand strategy and visual communication, leading brand identity and strategy projects across apparel, food + beverage, and outdoor industries. Notably, he played a key role in Cotopaxi’s early brand development and launch. He has helped build numerous brands — shaping positioning, creative direction, and go-to-market strategies. At Lunar, he’s developed data-driven creative processes that leverage proprietary tech to analyze trends, refine brand storytelling, and drive high-impact content for photo and video production.

Britt Martin

Chief of Staff

Brittany Martin is a strategic operations leader and Chief of Staff with an MBA in Operations and nearly a decade of experience driving efficiency, growth, and cross-functional collaboration across digital agencies. She brings a background in project management and organizational design to help teams operate at their highest level — ensuring that strategy turns into seamless execution across departments.

Keith Martin

Co-Founder / Vice President of Business Development

As a co-founder of Lunar Solar Group, Keith Martin has played a pivotal role in building the agency into a leader in bleeding edge digital marketing services. With a background in engineering and a deep understanding of e-commerce growth strategies, he now focuses on partnerships and business development, helping brands scale through strategic collaborations and data-driven marketing tactics. Keith’s expertise spans paid media, lifecycle marketing, and omni-channel strategy, making him a trusted advisor to brands looking to maximize performance and efficiency.

Griffin Bower

Vice President, Strategy

Griffin leads the Strategy Team, and brings experience driving measurable outcomes for high-growth DTC brands (Thrive Market, DoorDash, Cerebral, Mill, Oura). He looks to data to unlock growth opportunities across the funnel with a focus on performance creative and iterative testing. With a previous background in film development, Griffin brings an innovative approach to storytelling and creative problem-solving within the context of growth marketing.

Hannah Leland

Vice President, Paid Search

Hannah crafts holistic strategies tailored to each client’s goals, leading paid search for brands like Curology, Cuisinart, and Victoria Beckham Beauty. She expertly manages budgets of all sizes with a deep understanding of growth and the consumer journey. Starting in influencer marketing before influencers existed, she worked on blogger outreach for Rachael Ray’s Nutrish Just 6 and brand events for Dove Chocolate. She later managed OOH efforts for Dignity Health before pivoting to Paid Search, where she blends psychology with strategy. Now at Lunar, she applies her expertise to navigate the evolving world of paid media.

Brian is a strategic marketing leader with over a decade of experience driving DTC growth, paid media, and omni-channel performance. Former Head of DTC at Spectrum Brands and Director of Digital Media at Tristar Products. Proven track record in scaling brands, leading high-impact digital campaigns, and building 25M+ follower networks. Serial entrepreneur with one proud exit. Passionate about digital innovation, crypto, and performance marketing.

Cassandra Talmo

Vice President, Retail Media & Activation

Cassandra brings passion and a data driven approach to managing client success at Lunar Solar. She has managed 80+ brands across a variety of verticals and platforms both in house and agency side. She is now overseeing the SEM division, focusing on maximizing client’s ROI through strategic planning & testing across a wide range of platforms including Google, Bing, Instacart, and Amazon.

Evan O’Gorman

Vice President, CRO

Evan leads CRO strategy at Lunar, bringing nine years in the DTC performance marketing space. He builds and productizes growth-minded conversion programs through the lens of meaningful and measurable lift by bridging media strategy, cutting edge design and leading software solutions. He has audited and optimized 100+ ecommerce storefronts and managed design, development, and CRO initiatives to deliver customer centric improvements in CVR, AOV, LTV and more.

October 1, 2024 — We’re thrilled to announce that Lunar has raised $6m from our venture partners and angel investors to continue to redefine digital marketing with new commerce enablement and martech projects. The funding will be used to build proprietary technology solutions for Lunar’s service groups focused on digital to retail media buying and AI applications.
